At 2 weeks old I would go every 4 hours if the pup is gaining normally and seems to be a good weight. If the pup isn't gaining or is fussy from hunger, then every 3 hours.
That's what I am trying for but she seems to be fussy and hour after she eats. I am feeding her powdered goats milk, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup of yogurt with water.....She is taking 5 ounces of formula and pooping and peeing fine. She is around 3 lbs.
The first week I feed every 3 hours. At 7 days I start feeding every 4 hours. At 14 days I start feeding every 5 hours. At 21 days I start mush & feed 4 times a day.

WowI guess they are being overfed and that is why they are uncomfortable and crying all the time. Thanks so much for the info. They are 7 days and I am feeding them every 2 hours or less. although I am tubing them and letting mom feed them also so she doesn't lose her milk. They have been so gainers....
