Small growth on eyelid

It is small, black (the coulour of his skin/eyelid) sort of looks a bit bumpy kind of like a human wart
It is not bugging Jack, he doesn't seem to even know its there, however its right on the edge of his eyelid and Im worried if it does start to bug him that he will start scratching at it.
He's nice and white :)
It could be a wart or maybe a stye.
