Scary morning

Buddy has an issue with his r hind leg this morning. It is between his lower thigh and his foot. He is not putting much weight on it and he's in some pain.

I felt on it gently and he made some sounds, but no swelling. Ate just fine, slow to get out and inside...now resting

He will get up and limp after sleeping on the carpet during naptime. I figure it is going to sleep on him. [I'm hoping]

Hopefuly it is just from his cage and sleeping, I get up and let them out for food and the day at 8 sharp everyday, so he wasn't in the cage longer than usual.

They had a bath yesterday, but we have a shower with a 4 inch step so he didn't get hurt in the shower....or tub......

Just plain scary.........

I would just make sure he stays calm and resting for a couple of days, it's probably just a little muscle strain.

He's a little better, he's outside and his appetite is good.

Dottie, thought " I don't know what I'd do with him [ME] when anything happens to that dog."

I told her to not think things like that, but instead good thoughts , as after 41 years of marriage I can read her mind, and yes that was her thoughts exactly.....weird....

He's staying out of the cage tonight, the couch is none too good for him, or Brother .....lol

I hate to be left hanging on the condition of Bullies on the site, so I wanted to mention Buddy must have pulled something chasing a stray cat in his yard.

He's fine today, he rested all day and is normal as ever....Thanks

So many times my guys do that and then I can't sleep all night worrying about them and the next morning they get up and take off like nothing ever happened. Glad he's okay now.

your worries!!! There was a brief time last week when Sophie's leg seemed to be a bit sore and she was mildly limping. I was ready to

rush her to the vet, but hubby suggested we wait a while. She was totally fine a couple hours later and has been fine ever since....thank

goodness! :-)
