Rash-Pic

Yesterday I noticed this rash on Otis' stomach. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? I washed him with a hypoallergenic soap last night to try to clean the area up a little. We have been spending a lot of time outside lately and he is always rooting around in the garden and in the plants. Thanks in advance!

It could be a contact allergy...
I would dust it with gold bond medicated powder and see if that helps.
It looks reddish brown
my guess would be a yeast infection. Really no way to tell without vet.
Contract Allergy
would be my first thought too, especially since he's out in the yard and pig rooting about this time of year.

Ruby gets this once in awhile and I just put a light application of desitin...It is always good the next day...
