Puffy Eye???

And I don't mean a door knob. But it looks like swelling that is similar to a black eye. Does it hurt him when it's touched?

Vet said it was allergies. Put him on meds and he was fine in a few days. Looked like someone had punched him

The eye is normal red inside.The puffiness is under his eye as you can see in the firts pic.

When I touched the eye , he is fine. In the second picture he was sleepinG. The puffiness is under his eye.
