Mouth ulcers or growth?

they grew very very fast, over what I think was 7 or 8 days.
We are off to the vet today at 3 but wondered if you could advise me, as most of you have more experience than I.

I think canine oral papilloma virus...
Looks like what Molly had when she was about 8 months old. It is not dangerous. Puppies usually get them due to developing immune sysems and they spread from dog to dog easily I think. The vet lasered them off when she was getting spayed but otherwise I think he said to let them run their course. She had a lot of them in her mouth.
