Hair Loss

It's not a skin issue as the skin is perfectly fine. Her hair loss has gotten worse over the years :-( If so, what helped? Thanks!
I would image stress could cause hair loss...
Has your vet ever mentioned giving her anti anxiety meds? I know they have dog prozac and other brands. We had a lhasa on elavil for years because of his anxiety. He did great with it.
