Well the university did not think it was Sarge's palate that is causing his vomitng. They feel there's a valve inside that isn't opening and closing correctly. They sent us home with Metoclopramide to make the vavle function correctly, Sucralfate to coat his throat (pill is disolved in water 3 x's a day and administered with a syringe) to heal any lesions or irritations in his throat that may be caused from vomiting and Prolisec to help reduce acid. We need to give it two weeks to take affect. Since the 11th we've only had 4 days of vomiting. He still can't drink water like he would like to. Vomiting is the worst with a lot of water.
So no surgery as of now. We appreacite all the well wishes and concern for Sarge. He continues to be lively, mischevious at times and just plain silly.
Thanks for the reminder Kathy. Hope Sarge does awesome:-)
I will be looking for an update...

Sounds like Sarge may be on his way to getting better.
Nice to at least have an idea of what is going on.
