My vet is terrific

and he sees very few Bulldogs. Most dog issues are not breed specific, just have to have a vet that is willing to listen, has a good level of experience, looks a little deeper when something isn't obvious. I also have to have a vet clinic that is available 24/7. I don't want to take my dogs to an emergency facility where no one knows my dog and has no access to their records.

Good luck with your guy.

If you need a bulldog specific vet

Like Lynn said, for most situations you just need a good vet, period. I use a local vet that I have a good relationship with for most everything but if I feel I need a vet that  specializes in bulldogs then I drive 2 hours to one. There is a very good bulldog vet in New Jersey that is about an hour from NYC. His family used to breed and show bulldogs for years. Here is a link to his website: http://www.hunterdonhillsanimalhospital.com/#!westfield/c1d34 Incidently the bulldog he is stacking in the photo is one of mine. ;)
