Hi all
I have a four year old English bully and he dribbles constantly. The vet has checked for urinary tract infection, negative every time and he has been neutered as well thinking that would help but no....any ideas?

I'm sure there could be a lot of different causes. Has he always done this or is it a recent thing? No bleeding from the penis like in a prolapse? Any dimple on his back above his tail which could indicate a mild spina bifida? Does your vet have any ideas besides ruling out uti's, and what about an enlarges prostate? Hope you can get some answers.

I would put my guess on that. Unless the vet knows how to check for it, they won't diagnose it.
You can check for yourself, just run your finger gently down the spine going toward the tail. If you feel a small indentation just before reaching the tailbone, your dog likely has a minor case of Spina Bifida. There is no cure for it. I'm not saying this is your dog's issue, but that would be my first guess based on the info provided.
That's a tough one...

Mild Spina Bifida.
