Can changing my Bullys food cause regurgitation?

I have a 2 year old bully and I recently switched his food!

He was on a vet brand, but I switched him back to Acana about 3 days ago. Now he has had acana before and had no problems, but I switched him to a different brand for about 2 months to see what he thought. But ultimatly I decided to go back to acana. He was fine the first 2 days, but then tonight he ended up regurtitating twice. Im racking my brain trying to figure out why, and thats the only thing I can figure. The only other minor change ive made is I bought him pill pockets for his meds (he takes theopolyne for a trachea issue he has) but they are so tiny I wouldn't thing they would make him get sick. He was also at a doggy daycare for a few hours yesterday evening (I work there) so im hoping he didn't catch anything, but he was fine all day today and only got sick about an hour ago.

Anyways I worry a lot. There was nothing abnormal about the vomit, no blood or anything just undigested food. Any help would be great! This could just be me overreacting but any werid activity my baby shows concerns me! :)

I would give it some time ...

Before changing food. If he does it again put him on a bland diet for a couple of days (scrambled egg and rice or chicken and rice) and then bCk to regular food. Chances are it's just something random. My guys throw up sometimes for no reason that I can see.
