Bulldog losing weight 12 yr other issues as well
Submitted by JON732 on March 6, 2013 - 12:56pmCali is 12 years old and has been losing weight. She eats once a day and eats all her food but I am starting to see her ribs more and more. She's had major allergy issues all her life with lots of steroids to calm them. She is also starting to lose her balance I' m wondering if her age is catching up to her quickly.
We just had to put down our girl....
Angel. She was 12 1/2. She also had the same issues. We did everything but old age just can't be out run. Good luck.

Have you checked for parasites? I would bring a stool sample to the vet. Good luck.
