I have a girl that has a great front on her. She is standard size at 45lbs. She has two glaring faults IMO and I am not sure that I should show her and would like opinions please.

is the correct spelling. It is where the dogs hocks are turned inward too much and not straight up and down. Kind of like knock knee in human. The hind feet shoudl turn outward but the hocks should still be up and down. I posted the Illustrated Guide.
Another thing that might be helpful is to review the anatomy and parts of the K9 structure. Often this is over looked in favor of the Standard or Illustrated Guide and many people that are new to showing my have never learned the parts of the dog.

when we started out nobody would give us an honest critique of our bitch they would only give us the virtues because people don't want to offend, unfortunately this to the detriment of the breed because we thought she must have been ok and we bred from her. Fortunately we sold all the puppies with desexing contracts because it was a very sickly litter. Now that we know so much more and although we titled her she really was not good and has a definite wry jaw, sway back and loose eyes. I wish someone would have been honest with me.

is that although she has some lovely virtues,I personally would not show her because not only is she cow hocked she is also very straight in stifle IMO and this no doubt greatly affects her movement.
Regardless, love her for who she is and still get some weight on her because she is definitely too thin.

she hasn't been worked with at all and would need alot of work. She is a little too thin, she needs some weight on her to balance her. All of that can be fixed, what can't be fixed are her eyes and she is cowhocked.
So, are those 2 faults so severe that she shouldn't be shown? I want honest opinions.
thanks..that is a great resource-I saved it
not just my bulldogs, but my heart & soul!!

The Illustration
gives a great example of cow hocked and is a great learning tool. Link attached, Page 15.

Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
