By AKC Rules a catalog can't be distributed (sold, posted, etc.) prior to 1 hour before the start of a show. Usually the Westminster website will post a list of the Invitees beforehand though. And even that is fairly new. Entry into Westminster used to be a free for all, now the top 5 in each breed are invited and then entries are opened up to all CH until the number limit is reached. Entries are usually filled within an hour - you gotta be FAST!
