Sorry gross post and I know I should post this to health, but I am targeting other breeders here......one of my older boys had just began to vomit after drinking water (several times) every times he drinks. My grooming shop is in a vet clinic so I have had him examined many times and nothing seems to be out of place....no other vomitting, no bile...just frothy jellyfish that are impossible to pick up (eewwww) Any advice
have you ever tried a lixit type bottle?
I had that issue with a rescue I fostered and it worked pretty well. It slows down the drinking and the elevation of the bottle seems to help too.

try limiting the amount of water in his dish at one time...
to perhaps 1/2cup...and refill after 15-30mins. He may be drinking too fast, taking in too much air. You should encourage drinking in general, but small amounts more frequently. May also help if ice cubes in the water dish which will slow down gulping.
