An OLD Expression

I got a voicemail the other day from a good friend and all she said was this:

"Emmy's bunny died today!"

I know what it means now, but I hadn't heard of that before. Maybe the expression is before my time.

P.S. I guess in the history of the International Canine Semen Bank, there has only been one other breeding (German Shepherd) that took with older semen than the 22 year old Frigate stuff.
