Check the AKC rules. You cannot use anything to alter the dogs appearance. If the nose is not completely black, that would not keep him/her from being considered for placement and/or points. A dudley nose is the only disqualifier.
Suzbully is right. I have had a dog take points with a pink spot still very visible on his nose. If you try to disguise that and get caught, you will suffer more than not getting points. It's not worth it. DO NOT artificially change your dogs appearance. You won't be doing the breed any favors.
After 20 years of showing, breeding and judging, I learned that it is never worth trying to get around the truth. Your dog is who he/she is and nothing will change that. Let your dog win for you, not the other way around.
I have a very young dog, 7 months old that will be showing and eventually the small spot will blacken. You know, if you watch ring side, it is unbelievable how many people totally cover their dogs in chalk, powders, sprays, etc. and they still win. It's not just bulldogs either, it's all breeds and look at all the products they sell at the shows to cover up problem areas.
Thanks for your comments, I do appreciate them very much.
RE: Black nose for show ring
Cherry Knoll makes a product called Black Out which work well. It's a 2 step process.
Do a search on Cherry Knoll "Black Out" on google.
Hope this helps you out.

I wouldn't worry about it.
My Higgins still had pink on his nose when I started showing him. He took a 4 point major under a breeder judge.
I had one judge swipe his nose checking for cover up.
