I just sometimes can't understand for the life of me why people do the things they do!
That poor family!! That is so kind of you to be giving them another bullie, to help ease the trauma of what they've gone through.

that anyone could harm an animal or child is incomprehensible. Like Cathy said there is a special place in hell reserved for these people-hopefully the way they treated animals on earth is their punishment for eternity. RIP Elwood & Chloe and prayers going out to the family.

This is unreal! Brings tears to the eyes thinking about those poor helpless babies. Pray they catch those heartless %&*#*!!

Someone on the Bullmastiff list has contacted CNN. That's all I know in regard to media contact.
There was a misunderstanding in regard to them having been out running errands. They had left them out when they went to work because it was the first nice day in a few weeks. The dogs had cabin fever and the lady was just trying to give them some time out to play.
The sheriffs department is thinking that probably it was a case of someone planning on breaking into the house and robbing them, so this probably would have happened even if they had been left inside.
I do not know if they would be willing to go on the news or not. If I remember right, the husband does not speak english real well and I don't know how they would feel about the public attention.
