Zetterbergs skin issue

My 9 month old English bulldog Zetty, has a skin issue that doesn's seem to be getting better, Am planning on getting him to the vet this week if possibe, but wanted to know if anyone had any ideas what this is and what it make take to take care of it. It is not really red, more puffy white around the center which is yellowing. The hair in this area looks hard close to the skin. Can add other photos of any angle that may help. Any info you have would be great, Thanks in advance

Looks like it is getting an infection with the yellow...

Hopefully the vet will do a skin scraping...I'd be putting Listerine or something on it to kill whatever is there if I couldn't get to the vet right away. Helen's listerine seems to cure a lot of skin stuff!

Looks more bacterial than fungal...what did your vet say?

Are you treating it topically or with oral meds? Medicated shampoo??
