I am on vacation and my dogsitter has informed me that my bully started vomiting white phlemy foamy vomit. i had her feed him boiled chix and rice with a little yogurt last nite and then he vomited again in the middle of the nite. just white foam. any suggestions on what else she can do? I return tomorrow but i cannot relax. his energy is fine and so is his appetite. he is almost 10 years old. thanks.
Have the sitter give snacks in between feeding.
That sounds like a bile type vomit. May be caused by an empty stomach, especially if your baby sitter isn't feeding on the same schedule you do.

take your bully to the vet
I don't know where you live but if it is in a desert area the reports about Valley fever are on the rise. One sign is the vomiting.
It just is not worth risking
goodluck

Turns out he has kennel cough! Bedrest and antibiotics in case of secondary infection. My poor baby never had this before! Must have caught it from a dog from the hood whose owner was clueless!
