We got a bullie girl in with canine STD's possibly

She has oozing open sores, like genetal herpes on her private part. Extremely sensitive and she does snap when you go back there, to top it off she is urinary incontinent from a botched spay. The sores are not just urine burn, she goes back to vet tomorrow for a biopsy under sedation.... anyone with exp in this area??? canine STD's.
