he has been diagnosed with Blostomyosis. any experience wiht this here? My vet says the dogs get it from sniffing the ground and it is permanent. The woner said he came up with these bumps all over his body the just blew up. It sounds horrible. He was on Intraconazol for many months. The vet said if he isn't broken out in the bumps he could be cured but his sight will not return. He said if he gets it again he could potentially kill him. The owner says its caused by being close to a lake or pond. I've never heard of this before.
also remember..
sometimes vets make a wrong diagnosis. Hopefully it's something else.
