Treatment for puppy bitch with a UTI
Submitted by jcramirez24 on April 21, 2010 - 12:33amJust curious what others have had prescribed for their puppy bitches for UTI's. We determined that Katie has one and our Vet put her on Baytril twice a day. I always research what the kids are on and have read in several places that Baytril should not be given to puppies. Any thoughts on this??

Thanks Vicky... I have that on hand but I'm still
going to ask my Vet why he prescribed her Baytril?? Some times I wonder what they are thinking?? We have used that with adult bitches but never on a puppy!
clavamox twice a day
baytril is to strong and not needed.
