I have a 2 year old english bulldog he has been on Wellness, Science Diet, and a few other top of the line foods. They do not work his face still gets these tiny red bumps on them and his eyes run but when I put him back on the cheaper food his face clears up but he goes to the bathroom all of the time. Any ideas? I do give him benedryl and wipe his face with special wipes that help keep his skin dry under his wrinkles. The dog shampoo I use does not have soap in it either.
