Should I be concerned? Ankle bulge (PIC)

My female bulldog, Mocha, has these big bumps on her ankles. She is a little over one year old. I rescued her 3 months ago so I don't know if she's had them since she was born or not. They don't seem to bother her. She walks fine and sometimes runs when she's in the mood but occasionally temporarily limps a bit when she gets up from sleeping for a long period of time. I've never seen this with any other bully as magnified as on my Mocha. Have any of you seen this before? Is it anything to be concerned about?
Thank you

wow very strange

did you get her from a rescue groups? if so did they provide you with any info as to what they are? Where was she rescued from?
Are they soft, hard, do they move, etc?
And have they been there the whole entire three months you have had her? If so why have you not had them checked out? Has she been to a vet at all since you got her? Usually when one rescues a dog on thier own, the first thing they do is see a vet to ensure the health and safety of the dog. So get this girl to a vet for sure. It will be in her and your best interest to do so.
Keep us posted. I will be very curious to see what the vet says.

looks like she is retaining water

so when she stands or walk, the water goes down. Yes, take her to the vet. they might need to strain it or giver her some diuretics. My dog had this when he had major surgery, and they have to drain it.

I

hope for the best for her. And please remember, I'm just an individual trying to help, not a vet. Take all advice with a grain of salt.

Hug your bulldog every day.

It could

also be something simple like a histiocytoma which is easily treatable. You'll need to get it aspirated and get a vets opinion.

In my opinion yes.

I'd get her to the doctor asap.

Not trying to scare you but I did a search and came across this. I hope I'm way off.
