Rescue Remedy, I believe, is an all natural liquid; that we give to bullies with nervous issues.I used to give it to Winston the morning of a show, and it helped smooth out his rough personality. Its either dropped in thier water, or given directly orally. comes in drops and spray. very handy. We got it on petedge website.
Perserverance isn't a long race. It's a series of short races, ran one after the other.

i have had people tell me oh use bendryl, you won't have any worries. well benadryl is not made for dogs number one, and it is a chemical base number two. i was hoping petco/petsmart may offer a natural form of a tranquilizer. i will be in the hospital for 2-3 days and i don't want my bully girl to be over the top with seperation issues. my mom and my sister will be at my house but they don't know anything about bullies, not that i know it all, but i dont want her stressing herself out and then having to go to the vet. she is a rescue, loves me dearly abut does have some seperation issues. i have never left her over night but just want to be prepared so she does not have to suffer. make sense?

then Benadryl may not be the best choice. Its an antihistamine, and it will, at higher doses, make her sleepy but that may not be highly desirable for 2-3 days duration. It WILL help if she develops hives from nerves, however.
I'd have you look into some calming medication more in the holistic line. Can't recall the exact name now but its used with new rescue dogs who are tense/nervous. Hope someone else here will pop up with the name.

If you're looking for something as a "tranquilizer"
then Benadryl may not be the best choice. Its an antihistamine, and it will, at higher doses, make her sleepy but that may not be highly desirable for 2-3 days duration. It WILL help if she develops hives from nerves, however.
