Red Skin
Submitted by Bubbalu on April 21, 2010 - 12:35amLately my bully's skin has been bright red. I tried changing his food incase it was allergies but it did not help. I have been giving him benedryl daily and that seems to help the itchiness but the redness does not get any better. Also he has little bumps all over his chin which are constantly bleeding and will not go away. Could this also be from allergies?

He is 2 so he is not teething. I used to do the same thing with bringing him to the vet for every little thing I quickly learned my lesson!

How old is your bully? Could be allergies or
It could be teething. Major had something like that at 5 1/2 months. Looked like chin pipples, red skin under his white hair so I assume everywhere. Stains on his eyes. Cleared up after teething. Who'd a thought! We still drug the poor guy to the Vet cause I'm Mrs. Worry Wart! Good luck!!
