at about day 59-60 aobut 3-4x day, and when it gets to 100 or below, take it every 3-4hrs. When it drops below 99, let your vet know, and depending on how long a drive it is to the office, you may need to make arrangements for a possible c-section that same day.
Most bitches will show some abnormal behaviors when they are in early stages of labor, including the aforementioned temperature drop...watch for panting, nesting behavior, inability to settle down.

My dog is supposed to be due on Feb 4th, we took her for a sonogram about a week ago, so she was about 3 weeks from her due date. She has gained weight, her nipples are larger and she has kind of been nesting but the sonogram showed nothing! My vet doesn't do sonograms so I took her to a local vet, he looked at her for like 3 minutes with the sonogram machine and he said NOPE, I don't see anything. But then he said he had checked a lab the week before and didn't see anything and then she had one puppy. So should I assume my dog is not pregnant or what? I assumed since she was so far along it would be easy to see a baby if there was one, is this correct? She is a very large bulldog for a female, about 68 pounds.

I think I would get an xray done just to be on the safe side. How experienced was the vet doing the ultrasound? Those heart beats can easily be missed if there is just one. I had a bitch's ultrasound done at day 28 and they saw 4 heartbeats... she was carrying 12 puppies. I'd do the xray just for peace of mind. Just my 2 cents.

unless she showed some signs of labor such as "nesting" where she looks for a soft quiet place and begins scraping her feet to make a nest of her blankets/rugs/loose clothing, etc. Some bitches stop eating when they get labor cramps, but some still eat. Doesn't sound like a pregnancy, sorry.

at day 28 she had an ultrasound with no babies..............but she would have been due this friday...1/22
her breast aren't engorged but thier could be a increase and maybe some small tunneling to each one feels a little fuller but not engorged...........i also squeezed her and maybe got a small microscopic amount of fluid.............i could be imagining these symptoms
currently she is drinking alot and stuffing her face but this is her normal eating time.......
There are things you can do, like taking her temperature

I wouldn't x-ray

Sure...if its not done at a good time to see skeletin,
of if the dog is very heavy or if its a "singlet"...but most often is means a 'miss'.
