Plastic bowl

I bought a plastic bowl with three cones molded in it to help slow Buddy down as he eats. It works wonderful, he even eats a little slower in his Stainless Steel pans now. But the plastic gives him a red mussle and a couple of pimples, Doc. says it's acne. Gave Bud some cephalexin, and I quit feeding him in it 2 day ago, gave first pill today and it is better. Wish I could get the bowl in SS, cause it's perfect for it's job.

Slow down bowl

I got one for Farley in stainless steel, but it does not have the things that stick up it's got a rounded mound and sort of a trough around that for him to eat out of. It does work to keep him from eating so fast.

They do sell them...

In a stainless steel. I think it has three fat pegs that stick up. I know I saw it, but I can't remember where...
As another option, you could use stainless and put a few large (too big to swallow) rocks in. Or, I've also seen the use of a really big no-tip stainless bowl. The owner flips it over and puts the kibble in the ring around the bowl indentation.
