More spay questions

I am just so nervous about my baby girl having surgery!I know my vet will give me instructions but there is nothing like advice from bulldog people! We have steps leading off the deck outside, there is no way to get to the ground without using steps. Do we have to carry her? Won't that hurt her? What about bedtime? She sleeps with us now, and we lift her in and out of bed. Should we make her sleep in her crate? Do we shut both doors or let her into her x-pen area? I know I am probably worrying about WAY too much, but I now have a beautiful, happy healthy bulldog and don't want to do anything to chnage that.
I need to breathe.

Hi Kathy

I have stairs to so (two story home) I presume we will both be helping our girls out the fist week. I will post this afternoon when Josie Louise is home and advise of anything odd/interesting/new. Hug your girl. J & T
