Winnie has been burping with really stinky burps and sometimes I think she has reflux into her mouth. Yesterday she has thrown up digested food twice. She has been pooping fine. What do you think it could be. I feed her Natural Balance venison and potato.
I couldn't have said it any better!!! ahhh stress!
LOL! Well, at least she saved you a vet trip maybe!
But I would still keep an eye on her. She could have more of those things in her intestines that will cause a blockage. Keep a close eye out for a couple more days.

She just threw up a large piece of a blanket and a part of a toy
feeling well. We were getting ready to go to the vets and she vomited right there in the bathroom.
This comes under the title "Why Mothers Get Grey Hair"
and this applies to dog owners as well!!!
Does she wear a collar all the time? N / M
May need an xray..
Take her in for an xray and be sure to tell the vet about the string. Could be more in there she is trying to get out. Clip rather than pull any strings you see coming out the other end.

No. Only when we go on walks.
reread your post...
throwing up digested food twice in one day is not reflux. Empty tummy vomit or acid build up vomit is yellow bile.
I'd probably take her to the vet if she continues to vomit her food. She could be trying to get something up she should not have eaten, like a toy.

sometimes a food just doesn't agree with the dog..
you could try adding digestive enzymes to her food (Prozyme is one I use). Or you could try changing to another formula within the same brand. Maybe the venison is too rich.
It could also be acid build up. In that case I would give a between meal or late night snack of a biscuit or 1/4 cup of her kibble.
My dogs all get a 9PM "snack" (1/4 cup of their kibble.)

Not really sure. I might try....
If it were Sophie, I would probably try giving a healthy treat between feeding times to make sure her tummy wasn't totally empty and building up acid. See if that helps for a few days.

SHe did it again after dinner tonight....
She has still been pooping and I noticed a string in there from a blanket she tore up. Do you think some of that yarn could be in her stomach causing her to throw up??? Im going to try and get her in to a vet on Monday. She is drinking plenty of water and still wants more food and treats. I feel so bad for poor winnie
Is she on any meds that might be upsetting her stomach?
I hope Winnie is soon feeling much better.
