I normally use the injectable swine version from my feed stores and its still 1/10th per 10 pounds...but i work up slowly to watch for toxicity until i reach that dosage..
But now been having better luck with advantage multi!

1/10th of a cc per 11 pounds is the dose I use as a MONTHLY HEARTWORM preventitive, but the dosing for treating Demodex (mange) is different. It is a sequentially stepped up dose for the first 7 days, then a full dose for the next 30 days. A friend with a Std. Schnauzer just started her bitch on this treatment and showed me the schedule her Vet worked out for a 45 pound dog. The full dose was like 1.1 cc. So her total amount given over the month was going to be about 40 cc. Best to speak with your Vet to be certain of the dosing schedule.
