Incontinence

My 4 yr old male bully over the last month has become increasingly incontinent during sleep and at rest I tried PPA didn't help had 2 courses of antibx now testing thyroid and for lepto any suggestions anyone had this problem he was neutered when he was 8 mos old never peed or pooped in house once now i have to have a blanket under him at all times and he smells like a billy goat I'm so worried.

it is possible it is the prostate...

I was just reading on Spanky at the top
and sounds like the prostate can do this possibly
might be another thing to check with the vet
just a thought

I am glad that you are having the vet check him

nm

Are they sure

There are no stones or crystals? The crystals will often show in the urinalysis (which, I'm sure you've had done multiple times) but not always. Has the vet discussed a bladder ultrasound?
Sorry, I'm at a loss. Sure hope you get the answers and treatment for your boy.

They said no stones or crystals they did an xray of abdomen waiting on the thyroid and lepto to come back then on to next steps they are talking about a dye study to check where his ureters connect to his bladder he seems so ashamed of himself it almost seemed worse on the PPA
