when she first came home

she's in her crate. She came out for a minute, then went right back in. She is trying her hardest to sleep sitting up,it seems to really hurt when she lays down, so I rolled up a small blanket and she's leaning on it. She is definitely heavily sedated. She pee peed when she got out of the car, then I carried her up the steps and she wanted her crate. One question though, she is coughing a bit. It's not a whole lot, but it's definitely mucousy sounding. She doesn;t seem distressed at all. Should I be worried about it? Her ears are still not cleared up either, she needs the meds for another 2 weeks, and I think she said there was bacteria in them now too in addition to the yeast. I want to switch her food ASAP and hopefully it will clear up permanently.
