I almost had a perfect week without him regurgitating but we never reached that goal yet. If he over eats he'll regurgitate too but compared to before way better and with the palate shorten and saccules removed he snores less and doesn't breathe as much if he plays hard. He is on the royal canin low fat 20 which helps him digest better. We are working on reducing the cisapride to 2x a day,1x day for prilosec and sucrafate before bedtime and so far so good. So depends on the number of regurgitating then we will continue and reduce until no more regurgitating then he will be off the meds and avoid the fundoplication surgery. Thank you for thinking of us.
