Has anyone ever had to deal with pups nursing when the mom has inverted nipples?

Ourgirl just had 10 pups and some of her nipples are sunk down and the pups can't get to them. Does anyone have any ideas. Have you ever dealt with this problem?

keep them on the nipples

put some karo on them. You can make a breast pump also to help suck them out.

Take a 50cc syring, cut off the top where you attach a needle, put the plunger down through the area cut off and then put the back of the syring on the nipple and pull the plunger back slow and steady and the milk will express. It will also pull the nipples out.

I may not be using the right term, but her nipples are set down

seem to be able to grasp them. Do you think they will come out normal as her milk comes in?
