Good Morning
My Winston has been drooling clear liquid. I noticed it last night in bed. He doesn't seem to be in any pain. When we got up this morning, I noticed a big wet stain on my comforter. I took him outside and he pee'd. Took him inside gave him two cookies and then he went up on the couch and fell back to sleep. Should I be concerned?
Re: Could be a couple of things....
He did throw yellow bile but that was yesterday. He does that sometimes if he has an empty stomach. Also, I just notice a post on the general forum regarding the food recall that symptons could be lethargy, throwing up yellow bile...
So now I am a little worried but he is doing everything else like normal.
Could be a couple of things....
He may feel like he has to vomit OR he may have a toothache.

Unless you know he's eaten bad food, I'd suspect its
bile and nausea from the empty stomach, and you know you can modify this somewhat by giving some bedtime treats (not more than 1/4cup of food; usually a couple dog cookies are sufficient without adding weight to the dog). Usually the drooling is accompanied by lowering of the head, and I read that as nausea.
