the start of a hot spot. I have not had to treat one of these but know others who have. Maybe someone else can give you tips on how to treat. Get on top of it right away as they grow quickly.

at walmart they have sulfadine its in the pet section & is yellow. works like magic. They do have it at the pet stores but is like twice as expensive.
