Anyone tried the Orijen new Regional Red formula???????
Submitted by tiffscooper on April 21, 2010 - 12:37amAfter Having no luck trying the different Natural Balance flavors:Chicken/ fish and Venison I am thinking about trying Orijen. There is a new flavor Regional Red and I was wondering if anyone has tried it yet.?? The protein analysis is 38% in the red and 40% in fish and chicken formulas. According to the web the Red is hard to find because it is new. !!!!! ( I had read a review that there food smells so good even the owner wanted to try it! Deuce has been on it since about mid-November. So far so good. We tried it on Oliver but I think it is a little too rich for him, but he is also only 11 months old. But we really like it so far. The place we get it sometimes runs out of the larger bags, I think Champion Pet Foods (maker of Orijen and Acana) is having trouble with the demand for their products now. But overall so far we are happy. We are trying Wellness Core Ocean for Oliver so hopefully that goes well. Let me know if you have any questions. By the way, it is expensive, we pay $78 for a 28.7 pound bag.
