When to start gruel (crosspost from med forum)
Submitted by stonecreekbullys on April 20, 2010 - 11:37pmWondering at what age do you all start your pups on goats milk and baby cereal. We have been doing this the past two nights to get them to go longer in between feedings (3-4 hrs). Mom don't seem to be getting them full enough now. They are three weeks. Any feedback is appreciated.

Their baby teeth are coming in and in a few days I'll start adding ground up dog kibble to the mix, then graduate to soften kibble with milk, etc. Warning, though...it's MESSY!
