need advice from rescuers....

I just found out that a new family moved into our town. They own a bulldog and make him live out in the garage. It is very very cold here..from the sounds of it, they never let him in the house because they have a 1 year old and said he is to ruff with her...
what is the best way to approach these people-I don't know them at all-I just found out about it from a client that comes in to the fitness center that I work at. Apparently she has already tried to talk with them about his negelect and they just said "oh he is an outside dog-he is used to it". I want to help this little bully, but I don't want to come off as pushy either-I don't think that will get us anywhere.
My goal would be to rehome him with a good family-how can I get them to do this with it thinking it's their idea?

not just my bulldogs, but my heart & soul!!

rocky was listed as an outside dog as well

my ass, they need to be aware that what they are doing is wrong, ask them nicely if they would consider letting you rehome their dag to a family more suitable,

MONEY talks........

bring a welcome to the neighborhood basket, and include dog treats. then see what they have to offer up on their bully. maybe they might like you to relay your "horror cold stories" tee hee. let them know that animal control has a real presence in your neighborhood so they never have to worry about their dog being stolen OUT of their house. just a thought.........

start walking your bully by their house,

let them see how your baby is treated and how well he does. I bet if they see you they will stop you to talk. Go from there, just go slow. It may be a matter of getting them to take their bully to training and socializing the poor guy.
The alternative................go steal him!!! lmao!!

I gave this neighbor of theirs a note

and asked to meet them and their bully..hopefully this will get me in the door!!
