its not like a discectomy, a little snip and u feel better. they actually make it worse, them its time for it tp heal itself. When are you getting yours done? I actally ripped my right one 10 years ago, the left.........I don't know whrn it happened,just old age and wear I guess. I seriously irritated it when I did all the work to my house before I moved in Dec. i couldn't raise my arms at all. ugh!! then found out I'm loosing my job the end of March so 'm having to get them both fixed before my insurance runs out. Gotta do what ya gotta do. I'm sorry you are suffering with this, its a tough one.hugs to you n the kids.

Hope you are feeling better! Those shoulders can be painful! I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder and surgery is inevetable. Yuck! Get well soon!

it is a long haul here.
yea the jaw is wired.....pretty sore
I am not good at taking my pain meds.. do not like the feeling of flying high...but take them at night so I can get some rest at least.

the teeth ...I got so ticked at the hospital that I threw them..lol. so that is not a good thing. will try them again later in a few days
mush foods are on the order for the next few months to a year possibly.
will be better once I can stand the teeth in to at least try to chew something. the bottom denture sits on nothing..so there is no suction at all..need some changes to them too..
do not wish this on anyone...
but hopefully will feel better in awhile ...

Wow your going through alot too, cant imagine! are you in alot of pain? your jaw is wired?? sorry i dont get on as much anymore and have trouble keeping up. but glad its over with for you and hope you get feeling better.Guess you wont be eating any hard stuff anytime soon.

I am still very swollen and the new teeth are a bit from going back into my mouth. I am to call the dentist today to see when the stitches will start to dissolve. that will make the teeth going back in much better. the teeth look great but the jaw is just to sore to put them in for now.
