This is Porter. He came from New Orleans. Someone had thrown firecrackers at his head & left him out in freezing temperatures, the owners didn't want him anymore. He was skinny, covered in fleas & heartworm postitive.

Jack's owners couldn't afford his medical care anymore. He needed double entropian surgery & had a prolapsed urethra. We fixed him all up & now he has a new home in NY with Al. ![[linked image]](http://www.network54.com/Realm/tmp/1267206400.JPG)
Sweetie is exactly like her name...a real sweetheart. She came from a PA puppymill and now lives in NJ with a great family. ![[linked image]](http://www.network54.com/Realm/tmp/1267206463.JPG)
and for those of you who remember that litter of pups we raised...this is Blackjack. He's about 70+ lbs and a big goofy boy but so loving. That first one is way cute!
There's something about a big, tough guy holding his dog that just says so much. Porter looks like he is finally feeling safe.
