Dyson sale at Target
Submitted by Boris_32 on April 20, 2010 - 11:37pmOk...so I remember a lot of people saying that they swear by their Dyson's. Target is having their bi-annual 20% off sale this week and I'm really tempted. Plus my husband works for Target Corp. so we get an additional discount.
If you have one, which model do you insist we have so I can convince my husband we NEED one.

I buy refurbished stuff all of the time, and have had great luck.. it comes with a warranty anyways.

Refurb doesn't mean it was broken.. most refurbs are just returns of items that may or may not have ever even be turned on.

Just got a hoover
wind tunnel and it seems to be just as good as the dyson haha I don't really know if it is but I used my brothers dyson and it didn't seem like anything special to me. And I spent about $300 less. Target has a wind tunnel as well.

Ha! I sucked up.......
So I was using the attachment in our bathroom and I got too close to the toilet paper and started sucking the roll up!!!! I thought I broke it but it all came out in the canister and is still working like a champ!
i have the canister one model DC 23
I really like it, only thing i dont like is lifting it up to another room, bit heavier than i expected, the hose on it though is so long that i can reach anywere. really works great!

sucks dirt from the crawl space up through the floor. lol!! just kidding. But its the best sweeper I've ever had. Its purple, not sure of the model numbers.
its the animal one.

We have the DC17 too.
We got it in December and I am loving it so far! I can't believe everything it can suck out of our carpet, yuck!
Dyson DC17
Hey There,
I love my Dyson and so does my Fiance, lol. He thought I was out of my mind when I first told him how much they cost.
The Dyson DC17 has a different system than the DC14, we had the DC14 and I tried to clean it myself and you cannot take the bottom plate off because the belt is linked in with it, it ended up costing me $100 to fix. With the DC17, I can take the bottom plate off to get hair and things like that out of the roller. I have the silver/purple one.
