A man stole a four-month-old, 30-pound English Bulldog from his unlocked cage at a pet store located inside Chandler Fashion Center Tuesday night.
"We were quite attached to him and he actually had a customer who was very attached to him who came in to purchase him, and he, unfortunately, was stolen," said Puppies-N-Love store manager Debbie Rivard.
She said English Bulldogs are not only one of the most expensive breeds, but they also have many special health needs.
The entire staff is concerned about Frank the Tank.' "This company takes care of their animals. They do not come from puppy mills," said Rivard.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his early 20s and was wearing a baseball cap. He was driving a red Toyota Celica with a spoiler and Adminzona license plates
I hope they get this guy. Dognapping is as bad as kidnapping!
