I'm trying to tell you I want to go OUTSIDE and play with my TOYS! For crying out loud don't you know I don't have opposable thumbs and haven't figured out how to open the door myself. Get with it!!!

She's a hoot... and I think she is most definitely trying to tell you she wants to go out and play and take her toys with her. Sanford does the same thing when I give him a new rawhide chew bone, he gets so excited that he runs around the house once or twice then goes straight to the back door to go outside and play with it.

Prissy is ALWAYS snatching a toy on the way out the door. She tries to sneak them outside all the time. When we had the doggie door, I would find both her and Booger's toys outside on the deck... buried in the flower bed...lol. Silly doggies! :O)

but they don't follow her.

we had a lhasa apso and whenever we would leave him alone, would take his dog food one piece at a time and put it in a line from the kitchen to the back door and we're talking 15 feet!
