Lily has bumps all over her stomache. Help!

The bumps look like hives. She is also shedding like crazy. She has been scratching and there's also scabby-bumps on her back. Her feet has sores. She is just a mess! I gave her an oatmeal bath yesterday. Put some epsom salts in the water for her feet. Do you think it's allergies? Should I try benedryl? Poor Lily!

Thanks everyone! The oatmeal bath & benedryl did the trick.

She has stopped her itching and the bumps are gone. I wonder what bothered her.

That sounds a little like Lulu's new bump

its just at the top of her leg which has the scar tissue.

She was shedding like crazy on friday and saturday I thought there would be no coat left, but that has calmed after her bath, the vet gave me a medicated shampoo which stopped the shedding almost instantly following her bath.

I'd give benadryl

1 mg/pound. Repeat in 6-8 hours. I'd also give your vet a call to get his input.
For the itchiness, you can try tea tree oil, or brew up some tea, toss it in the frig to cool, then rinse the dog with it and allow to air dry. Others have also used organic apple cidar vinegar as a rinse with good result. I did the tea 'cause I had it on hand, and it worked for Q.
If the dog demonstrates any type of breathing problems, get her to a vet immediately.
